Lee Blasdale explains: “The answer lies with smart use of technology. Not just video tools such as MS Teams or Zoom. When remote working, productivity and suitability is now more about output over input.” He adds, “Solutions using advanced technologies, that give a fuller picture into the candidate, will help gauge how productive might a person be from the home environment for example. Of course, personality profiling has been around for many years, but digitalisation & AI has advanced this area considerably, especially when tailoring requirements around a specific role.”
